Caramelized Onion & Thyme Focaccia

The balance of sweet onions and thyme is spot on, and the whole loaf easily fed my dinner party of eight with a slice or two to spare. Even straight from the bag, the texture was satisfying, but a quick reheat brought back that crispy crust beautifully.

Reheated a slice in the oven and the crust came out perfectly crisp while the onions stayed sweet and jammy underneath. The thyme comes through just enough to balance all that richness, and one loaf genuinely fed our whole dinner party of eight with leftovers for lunch.

The sweet caramelized onions are perfectly balanced by the thyme, and it easily serves eight as promised. I just wish the loaf was a bit thicker, but the reheated crust came out nicely crispy.
