The bourbon flavor is subtle but definitely there, giving the chocolate chips a warm, almost boozy depth that I didn’t expect from a cookie. It’s crispy all the way through, which makes it perfect for dunking in coffee without falling apart. I’ve already eaten three.
The edges are perfectly crispy while the middle stays chewy, and that bourbon warmth lingers just enough after each bite. I've already finished half the bag in one sitting, they're dangerously good.
