Reheated it in the oven for a few minutes and the bottom got that crispy golden crunch while the middle stayed soft and airy. Perfect size for two, and it held up great as a base for a little sandwich with leftover soup.
That thyme comes through beautifully against the sweet caramelized onions, and the mini size is perfect for two generous sandwiches. I popped it in the air fryer for a few minutes and the edges crisped up just like the description promised. Already thinking about another one for soup night this week
The loaf was just the right size for two soup bowls, and the onion flavor came through nicely without being too sweet. Wish there were a couple more thyme leaves on top, but it crisped up perfectly in the oven.
