The crust crackles just right after a few minutes in the oven, and the sea salt flakes give every bite that perfect little pop. I froze one loaf for later and it reheated beautifully, so this is now a permanent staple for our lunch sandwiches.
We grabbed two of these for soup night and the mini size was perfect for just the two of us. Reheated in the oven for a few minutes and the outside turned properly crispy while the inside stayed soft. I’ve already frozen the second loaf for next week.
